Here's what I'm thinking - when cast, it fills it's area (normally 30x20). If something prevents it from filling an
area (from a Wall of Force to a simple wall) that volume is simply lost. If that area is then later opened up, it
wouldn't flow in to fill it since it doesn't have any "excess" gas anywhere.
